Mold Design Process:
1,Start from part design analysis follow 3D drawing ( stp, step,iges,x_t )
2, Before Mold making, will do DFM report for customer ( Partling line, Gate Postion, Injector Pin, Slider or lifter area)
3,If product is complex,moldflow report will be present as well by free.
4,After checking, we will start to design mold and making the mold follow mold 3D and 2D drawing
5,Normally it takes 20-35 days to make mold,precise time depends on part design.
